《進(jìn)化應(yīng)用》是一本經(jīng)過同行評審的開放存取期刊。它發(fā)表論文，利用進(jìn)化生物學(xué)的概念來解決健康、社會和經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)的生物學(xué)問題。論文將采用進(jìn)化的概念或方法，為以下領(lǐng)域做出貢獻(xiàn)(但不限于):醫(yī)學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)、開發(fā)和管理(漁業(yè)和野生動物)、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖、保護(hù)生物學(xué)、環(huán)境科學(xué)(包括氣候變化和入侵生物學(xué))、微生物學(xué)和毒理學(xué)。所有的分類群都由微生物、真菌、植物和動物組成。為了更好的服務(wù)社會,我們現(xiàn)在也強(qiáng)烈建議提交的論文利用現(xiàn)代分子和遺傳方法(人口和功能基因組學(xué),轉(zhuǎn)錄組、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)、表觀遺傳學(xué)、數(shù)量遺傳學(xué)、協(xié)會和鏈接映射)解決重要的問題在這些學(xué)科和應(yīng)用進(jìn)化框架。歡迎發(fā)表理論性、經(jīng)驗性、綜合性或前瞻性的論文。

Evolutionary Applications is a fully peer reviewed open access journal. It publishes papers that utilize concepts from evolutionary biology to address biological questions of health, social and economic relevance. Papers are expected to employ evolutionary concepts or methods to make contributions to areas such as (but not limited to): medicine, agriculture, forestry, exploitation and management (fisheries and wildlife), aquaculture, conservation biology, environmental sciences (including climate change and invasion biology), microbiology, and toxicology. All taxonomic groups are covered from microbes, fungi, plants and animals. In order to better serve the community, we also now strongly encourage submissions of papers making use of modern molecular and genetic methods (population and functional genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, epigenetics, quantitative genetics, association and linkage mapping) to address important questions in any of these disciplines and in an applied evolutionary framework. Theoretical, empirical, synthesis or perspective papers are welcome.
